Effective therapy
I believe in the ability of all people to be all that they can be, and fulfil their true potential. I intend to make it my life's work to help people to do just that.
In therapy you set the pace by telling me where you wish to go, and I offer guidance in getting there. The speed in which that is done is determined by what feels right for you. Our therapeutic relationship needs to be a safe one, where you can feel comfortable, understood and confident that your emotions will be taken care of.
What can I expect?
When empowering you to become more effective in managing difficulty, we can explore: your current situational difficulties and what you want to change; your preferred situation and what you need and want in place of what you have; strategies for obtaining what you need and want; and courses of action to take in order to manifest your desired changes and greatly enhance your life.

Together we can enable you to tolerate uncertainty, and be spontaneous. You can feel accepting of yourself and others, creating more satisfying and fulfilling interpersonal relationships. You can be empowered to make the choices and changes necessary to live a more meaningful and enjoyable life.

My role is to support you on your uniquely personal journey, whilst together we work to overcome any obstacles in your way.
