I am a BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist, and a UKRCP (United Kingdom Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) Registered Independent Counsellor/Psychotherapist, practicing from within the Southend-on-Sea Essex area. Dedicated to a high standard of professional care and with extensive clinical experience, I provide a confidential and effective service, dealing with all aspects of emotional difficulty.

Most of us will experience a time in our lives when we feel stuck with a particular problem and in need of extra support to help us move forward. In seeking to relieve this emotional distress and suffering, you may consider therapy.
